Phyllis is an avid quilter with more ideas than she has time.  She teaches at shops and guilds.  Phyllis keeps her classes informative, relaxed, and most importantly, fun!  Her specialty is using the Studio 180 rulers and Scrap and String piecing.

Phyllis's three sold-out retreats a year, plus her numerous classes have helped to form the vibrant quilting community in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
